Where there is a smoke, there is a fire. SIT investigation is without soul if sec.120-B of IPC is not probed from day one. The whole exercise is in futile if each and every allegation is not thoroughly probed. SIT believes that KING can do no wrong. The head of the State is above law. When the State fails to probe the offence, is she not the abettor of the offence ? The rule of law envisage that such CM has no right to remain in power. Union of India has international obligations through UNO. It cannot remain the silent spectator by throwing the ball to the State saying : law and order is the State subject. The apathy of Cental Government will cost it heavily in near future...Move the SC to replace the SIT with NIA.
