Minorities in India: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow

Yesterday, they could perhaps relate themselves with the elites of the mighty rulers of the Mugals or the British Empire. Today, the same two religious groups are struggling to swim against the waves of communal politics of the present ruling elite. Secularism and communalism have become wholly intertwined with the vote politics. While Nanavati Commissions and Panigrahi Commissions are created by BJP or NDA alies to post mortem the wounds inflicted on the minorities, UPA forms Sachhar committees to create further myths for the minorities. What do the future store for the minority communities in India?
