		<description>Fake encounter is crime against humanity. Union of India has translated the Convention against Torture by amending the Criminal Procedure Code in 2005 through section 176 of Cr.P.C. But the said section has to be tested in the Court of law. Human rights activists await the final verdict on the ambit of sec.176 of Cr.P.C. implemented in letter and spirit keeping in mind the mandate of the Convention against Torture by UNO.</description>
