NSM and JSM condemns the violence resorted to by the so called Sadhaks of Asaram Bapu on July 18 with the motive of sabotaging the total, peaceful and spontaneous Bandh by the people of Ahmedabad to protest the killings of the two innocent children, Dipesh and Abhishek. The failure of the police and the government machinery to prevent the violence unleashed by the hirelings of Asaram on the protesting citizens as well as media persons and the further refusal of the government to handover the investigation of the ghastly incident of the killing of the innocent kids to CBI clearly establishes the unholy nexus between Gandhinagar and the Motera ashram.
The NSM and JSM therefore demands sternest action against those who resorted to violence on 18th July as well as demands the immediate handover of the investigation to CBI.
NSM and JSM also hail the citizen’s of Ahmedabad who have stood up united for the sake of the genuine justice. We declare our complete support and sympathy with the family members of Dipesh and Avishek and declare our support to the struggle of the people for justice.
